I have put a summary of Chancellor's first UK budget on Greenvoice news http://www.greenvoice.com/campaigns/125/wikis/1...
where he announced higher road tax for the most polluting cars, delayed for six months a 2p rise in fuel duty. Also, increases in green tax on flights and supermarkets will be required to charge for plastic bags. Have a look.

I want to set up a social networking site for Friends of the Earth International but we don�t have a big budget. I wondered if you knew of any social networking software that would save us hiring a web developer. Any advice greatly appreciated!
