where he announced higher road tax for the most polluting cars but delayed for six months a 2p rise in fuel duty. Also, increases in green tax on flights and supermarkets will be required to charge for plastic bags.

I saw you were supporting the campaign for stopping Heathrow expansion - it would be great if you could send the template letter to Secretary of State for Transport,
Opposing the expansion of Heathrow Airport.

The consultation closes today and every voice will make a difference to this campaign.
