Greenvoice takes the privacy of your information very seriously. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains the types of information Greenvoice collects about you from the Services and also how and for what purposes Greenvoice will use the information collected.

If you do not register, then the information Greenvoice collects from you will be limited. Greenvoice logs your IP address in order to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Services and track usage statistics. Either way, it would be extremely difficult for us to identify you through your IP address, and Greenvoice makes no attempt to do so. If you choose to register with us, you'll be able to take advantage of all the features of the Services. For example you may be able to create and join campaigns, post content and participate in our discussion forums. If you register with us, Greenvoice will collect personal information from you in addition to the non-personal information described above. That personal information may include your name, date of birth, email address, username and password. The information Greenvoice collect may vary, but Greenvoice only collects the information that you choose to enter into our forms.
Registering allows you to personalise the Services so that they are most useful to you and to access certain features. Greenvoice may also use this information to periodically contact you with news or important information from Greenvoice or to request your feedback on our Services. Greenvoice may also use certain information that you provide in order to present you with advertising that you may find interesting when you visit the Services.

Greenvoice may aggregate personal information from all of our users and provide that information in the aggregate to other parties, including advertisers, for marketing and promotional purposes. However, if Greenvoice do so, that information will not be in a form that will allow any third party to identify you personally.

Greenvoice has implemented security procedures to help protect the personal information stored in our systems. Greenvoice limits access to personal information about you to employees who Greenvoice reasonably believe need to come into contact with that information.
