McDonald's tops list of fast food litter found on streets
Keep Britain Tidy has called on fast food chains to reduce unnecessary packaging and make it easier for customers "to do the right thing" after a survey named McDonald's packaging the most prevalent fast-food litter on England's streets.
The environmental campaign group conducted a survey of 10 city centres and suburban locations across England and found that McDonald's packaging made up 29% of nationwide fast food litter.
