Thousands of vegetables get throw away or left to rot because the public demand 'perfection' in thier fruit and veg. Supermarkets shun the Ugly veg and fruit forcing farmers to root out the imperfect veg, well we say EAT UGLY VEG, THEY HAVE FLAVOURS TOO. Stop the supermarket demand for perfection and love the odd shaped veg.
