National Poop Scoop Week 2010

26th – 1st August 2010.

In 2009 Keep Scotland Beautiful (KSB) teamed up with the Dogs Trust for the second time to promote National Poop Scoop Week throughout Scotland. And in July 2010 the organisations will again be uniting to remind dog owners to “Grab it, bag it, bin it”.

Travelling roadshow

Come and meet our dog mascots, pick up some free dog poo bags and find out more about your responsibilities as a dog owner at the following locations:

Sat 24th July - Queens Park, Glasgow
Sun 25th July - Dogs Trust Family Fun Day & Fun Dog Show, Strathclyde Park, North Lanarkshire
Tue 27th July - Saltcoats beach front, North Ayrshire
Sun 1st Aug - Forestry Commission's Top Dog's Day Out, Glenmore Forest Park, near Loch Morlich

We will be pitching up the KSB and Dogs Trust marquees, zipping around the parks on customised ‘Pooper scooters' and giving out free leaflets and poo bags to dog walkers.
