This is a national problem that affects all of us, wherever we live. It is more predominant in built-up areas but also, sadly, in rural ones as well.
The British countryside is already used as a dumping ground by some unscrupulous persons, a situation that will only worsen as time goes on.
So how can we prevent this situation developing?
