Planning and green travel are related issues. This excellent video (not 100% sure of the exact title) compares new urbanism against suburban sprawl. Funny and hard hitting and uplifting. No wonder it won a prize. I would also advise any one to look at cycling videos by Mikael Colville Anderson set in Copenhagen - how compact planning and green transport compliment each other.
