You can export a contacts file from most address book applications, and then upload it here. We accept CSV files and vCard files.
How to export a CSV file from Outlook.
- Open Outlook.
- From the File menu, choose Import and Export.
- Choose Export to a file and click Next.
- Choose Comma separated values (Windows) and click Next.
- Choose the contacts folder you want to export, and click Next.
- Choose a place to save the file and click Next.
- Confirm your export, and click Next.
How to export a vCard file from Apple Address Book.
- Open Address Book.
- Select the contacts you want to export.
- From the File menu, choose Export vCards....
- Choose a place to save the file and click Save.
Cancel and go back.
