If you're a campaigner at heart, and have an issue that you care about, you can set up a campaign. This gives you:
To get started, browse through the recently-updated campaigns and groups, look at the latest environmental news for inspiration, or simply take a look at the Greenvoice home page to see what people are getting up to right now.
We believe that it doesn't take a huge organisation to do huge things. Change happens thanks to small groups making a tangible difference to local problems. Awareness is raised by inspiring individuals speaking passionately about their concerns. You are those people. We want Greenvoice to be the catalyst and to provide the tools that help people like you rally around campaigns and make things better.
We're not a huge team ourselves. Chris Mear is our web developer, keeping the site running and working on new features and campaigning tools. Joe Jones-Johnson is our media content editor, producing video features on campaigns and green news. They're supported by a small group of part-time volunteer editors and researchers. We'd love to hear what you think of Greenvoice, and how we can help you more – visit our feedback forum to get in touch.
Although Greenvoice is not officially a charity, we are not a profit-making organisation. Our only goal is to help people like you campaign in the most effective way possible and make real positive change to the environment.
Greenvoice does not engage directly in campaigning activities (that's your job!), but we are interested in helping out good campaigns beyond just the online tools that we provide. If you think Greenvoice might be able to help you with resources or promotion, please contact us via our help and feedback forum.
If you're still not sure what Greenvoice is all about, have some feedback or suggestions to make, need help of some kind, or just want to tell us what a great job we're doing, send us a message via our help and feedback forum.
